Apart from the fact that growing a beard is very fashionable these days, there is a huge population of youngsters and teenagers who grow a beard because they simply can not apply any form of shaving.
These individuals have a sensitive, inflamed and acne-covered skin and usually apply harsh soaps and alcohol containing products on their facial skin which just inflame the skin even more and force the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum.
Quite contrary to the common belief, applying a well designed oil blend over oily and acne prone skin does not worsen the skin condition, it can regulate sebum secretion, reduce inflammation and help skin self-regulate its microbiome.
Follow me through this easy tutorial to prepare an anti-inflammatory oil as a beard/ facial wash that regulates and normalizes sebum secretion. The oil turns to milk by adding water and is easily rinsed away without any greasiness and stickiness an leaves a silky conditioning after-feel.
In contrast to most of my formulations, this one contains many components. But each single one and the synergy of all of them is necessay to reduce skin inflammation and balance the sebum secretion. The procedure however is quite straightforward.

Procedure:
Blend all ingredients at room temperature. If you're working in a cold lab or have stored your ingredients at cold, some of the oils and CO2 extracts might need a gentle warming before you weight and blend them.
Fill the oil in a suitable bottle.
