Happy skin with Banana

Banana is not only a super fruit and one of the healthiest foods, it is going to be an amazing hair & skin care ingredient.

Banana is the only fruit containing tryptophane which is a precursor of serotonon. It contains 18 out of 21 essential amino acids (the total concentration is however around 1% of the fruit pulp). Besides that, banana is rich in minerals (specially in Potassium), vitamin B group and sugars.

Banana extract is now being applied in some luxury skin & hair care brands as an anti-aging, moisturizing, revitalizing and protective ingredient.
