Christmas Body melts
Bodymelts or lotion bars or whatever you like to call them are among my most favourite products for this time of the year.
Not only they are amazing to use during cold and dry months of the year, they are fun to make and they make lovely cute presents.
You can use whatever infusions and extracts (lipophilics) that you want in order to incorporate your desired colour or sent in the product and you can use whatever moulds you want to create a huge variety of shapes, colours and scents. The sky is the limit.
For thise year, we decided to create an orange and a reddish variety and I'm sharing our recipes for you.
Just be aware that we made and tested these melts in the central and northern European weather. You may need to tweak the formulation if you're going to use them in warmer climates or send them to friends and customers in warmer climates.

| Phase C | ||
| Organic pomegranate CO2 extract | 1,0% | 1,0% |
| Organic rosemary CO2 extract | 0,1% | 0,1% |
| Organic sea buckthorn CO2 extract | 0,3% | -- |
| Organic cinnamon CO2 extract | 0,1% | 0,1% |
| Organic grapefruit EO | -- | 0,8% |

Procedure:
1- Heat phase a in a water bath @ around 60 oC.
2- When all waxes and butters are melted stop heating and add phase B.
3-Start cooling to a light trace and then add phase C
4- Pour into your desired moulds and put for at least 12 hours in the fridge
5- Remove from mould and wrap in wax paper before packing them in cardboard or tin box.
