I think it is from Brian Tracy:
Eat a frog for breakfast,
and it is one of the first lessons in time management.
The phrase itself is borrowed from two quotes from Mark Twain:
“If you eat a frog first thing in the morning, the rest of your day will be wonderful.”
“If you have to eat a frog, don’t look at it for too long.”
My frog for today is writing a report for my Italian client. Writing reports are the least attractive and the most difficult on my "To Do" list, besides doing tax declaration at the end of the month. I would rather prepare new formulations in the lab, do some interesting experiments. But without report, there is no payment.
So I go eat my frog for today (after having a cup of black tea with ginger and cardamom) and wish you "Bon Appetit".
