Almost for years ago we published a series of blog posts about natural gums and compared some of the most common gums in a gel, in an emulsion and in a scrub. This year, we are working on a big R&D gum project and we're testing some of the familiar and a few unfamiliar gums to understand their properties, differences, strengths and limitations.
